pTalbot Center dispatched Station 60 Easton Station 20 Oxford Station 30 Trappe and Paramedic 96 for smoke reported in the building at the Clay Bakers Pottery Studio on South Washington Street. This building is the site of a previous multiple alarm fire in 2001. Chief 61 Dulin arrived and established command reporting nothing evident. Engine 64 arrived and began investigating the source of the smoke. Firefighters from Engine 64 made access to the basement of an adjoining business CASA of Talbot County and discovered an overheated hydraulic oil reservoir for the elevator. The overheated oil caused a smoke condition throughout the building. Further investigation revealed no actual fire and there were no damages to the building or contents. All occupants evacuated the building safely and no injuries were reported. Units were on scene for approximately 30 minutes. br nbspp
