This steam engine was purchased in 1916 From The Union Fire Co. No. 1 of Carlisle, PA. Its Reg # is 2453, it's size is 3 and with a pump bore x stroke (Rotary ) it on a crane (Frame) It was propelled by two horses The Model is a Silsby . It is housed in the lobby of our headquarters station.

The engine arrived in Carlisle in June 1896 and was in service until August 1913. It was shipped to Easton via the Pennsylvania Railroad.
